Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skalyr website at skalyr.agency (the "Site") and any related services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it through anything other than the interface we provide, scraping at unreasonable volume, reverse engineering, or interfering with security or operation. You're responsible for any information you submit through forms or our chatbot.
Services & engagements
Information on this Site about our services, packages, and pricing is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement between you and Skalyr is governed by a separate written agreement or order form signed by both parties. In the absence of a separate agreement, our services are provided month-to-month with no long-term contract.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, code, and the Skalyr name and logo — is owned by Skalyr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for brief excerpts with attribution.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Meta, Google, payment providers, hosting, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimer
The Site and any free information or tools on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific marketing outcome, ranking, traffic, or revenue result from use of the Site or from any general information published on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skalyr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skalyr harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
